STEP 1 OF 4
Choose the result that matters most today.
01 / COLOR PLACEMENT
A lighter bottom draws more attention below the waist.
Light colors, bright colors, shine, strong contrast, and larger areas draw more attention. Try the effect on the client. It is not a rule for everyone.02 / YOUR GUIDE
This is a starting point, not a label. Pick the shape that best matches how your clothes fit. Then choose what you want the outfit to do.
YOUR STARTING POINT
Your shoulders, waist, and hips form a fairly straight line.
The waist points move in only a little. This creates a straighter outer line.
Add structure at the shoulders or definition at the waist. Then add shape above or below it.
For this goal: Define the waist or add structure just above or below it. Try a shaped jacket, a fitted knit, pleats, or relaxed trousers.
Keep in mind: The same amount of fullness from shoulder to hem can hide your waist.

03 / COLOR HARMONY
Click any part of the wheel. The outer ring has bright colors. The middle ring has light colors. The inner ring has deep colors such as brown, olive, navy, and burgundy.
Choose the color you want to wear
Looking for nude or brown? Click the middle or inner ring near orange or yellow-orange.
The outer ring shows the brightest version of each color. Red, yellow, and blue are primary colors. They are the starting colors on this wheel.
Choose how the colors should work together. Click Complementary for strong contrast, Analogous for nearby colors that blend, or Triadic for three colors spaced around the wheel. The outfit and color list will update after you click.

Boldest contrast
Complementary colors sit across from each other on the wheel. They make each other stand out.
Cognac is a warm neutral. The shoes stay cognac while the outfit colors change.
Use one color for the suit. Add the opposite color in the tie. Keep the shirt neutral, and choose a pocket square that relates to the suit instead of matching the tie.
Use the main color to show the waist. Add another color and some shape above or below it.

05 / HOW TO TEST A LOOK
The best advice is easy to repeat. Take photos of two looks from the same place. Change one thing at a time. Keep the choice that feels best to you.
Do you want more shape, length, structure, softness, or ease?
Try a different line, color, shape, texture, fabric, or detail.
Decide where you want the eye to look first.
Check the fit, comfort, movement, and how you feel.
